All-Natural Peanut Butter & Fluff Whoopie Pies

I’m not saying this recipe is healthy. I’m just saying it could be worse. But it also could not be any better.

Still with me?

All-natural cookies. All-natural marshmallow creme. All-natural peanut butter. All-Natural meaning not entirely organic, but I can clearly identify and pronounce all of the ingredients listed.

Last week, I was running out to the store and my sister asked me to pick up a couple things so she could could at least pack the kids lunches. Apples, bananas, tofu, cheese, whole grain bread, and…. Fluff! I was in shock, but my sister shrugged and said the organic kind if they have it. If not, just get a small container.

Where was I when they started making all-natural fluff? Most amazing news ever. Especially when folded into peanut butter and smushed between two chocolate cookies.

Recipe is simple.

1. Make chocolate chocolate chip cookies (I used break n’ bake organic triple chocolate cookies from immaculate baking co).

2. Fold 3/4 cup marshmallow creme into 3/4 cup peanut butter until marbled. Sandwich between soft chocolate cookies.

3. Be impressed with yourself.

P.S. My deepest apologies to those that I spent the weekend with.. I made these for you and left them in the car the whole weekend. Then we had to eat them by ourselves on the ride hope. To see more of my weekend, including my ride, check out my Facebook page.

Yes. I think I actually prefer Peanut Butter Co to Justins, but I’ve never tried that flavor. Sounds amazing. Please report back!
