My family makes gift-giving pretty easy. My oldest sister sends wish lists for the kids, circled catalogue items for herself, and often even picks up the gifts for us. Our fearless leader (Mom) sets the example for that. She told us two months ago what she wanted for Mother’s Day and she even told us we could get it for her early, if we wanted. For those of you who don’t have such demanding helpful family members – here are a few last minute ideas.
For the soon-to-be-mom:
My friend, Allison, once told me that the best gift a pregnant girl can give herself is a blow out. Especially when you are at the less-than-attractive-feel point , head over to the hair salon and a blow out will make you feel like a new woman. This is a great gift idea, too. (make sure the salon is in a convenient place for mrs. preggers)
For the new mom:
This Jennifer Zeuner necklace incorporates many symbols of luck and protection. Just what a new mom needs!
For the seasoned mom:
Head to lululemon like my mom requests. Another favorite is this Laura Mercier Honey Bath. It smells fantastic and a relaxing bath is just what Mom loves.
For the Grandmom:
My above-mentioned sister, Melanie, recently got a book recommendation and without checking out the subject of the book just sent it off to my Grandma. Turned out the book was 50 Shades of Grey. Mel was horrified and Grandma thought it was a little sick, but pretty good. I’m going to suggest going a little more PG-13 with this gorgeous Ralph Lauren Sun Hat for most of the stylish Grandma’s out there.

U r the best! Every morning i look forward to reading love u madly. I will say this morning I wanted to crawl into a hole!
