Mission to Not Feeling Terrible Poolside

It’s almost swimsuit season people and I want to talk about a plan. It’s not a workout diet plan. We need to have Michelle and my sister back soon for that.

Let me tell you, I dread being seen in a bathing suit as much as the next gal. And I recently had a revelation that my swimwear is by far the most hideous collection in my closet. Maybe hideous is an exaggeration but still I have acquired some very inexpensive, ill fitting suits. Why on earth would I pay the least attention to the part of my wardrobe that is worn when I feel the worst? That ain’t helping my cause. So I’m planning to make a change this year. Yes, of course, we need to eat well and exercise well to feel good poolside, but we also need to dress it up a notch. I don’t mean high heels and a thong. I’m a flip-flop and full seat coverage kind of girl. But this year, I also hope to rock a fabulous floppy hat, great suits, easy cover-ups, and some of these great accessories.

How about some pretty one piece options for the 50 and up age group….must have something with stomach/middle muffin control but NO granny suits. Stylish bathing suits with decent control and support are impossible to find.
