This weather is driving me crazy. It’s hot, it’s cold, it’s raining, it’s blue skies. It’s causing massive fashion confusion. I seem to be wearing skinny black cords and boots on the sunny seventy-five degree days and bare legs with short skirts on the rainy fifty degree days. Let’s just keep cruising into a warm spring, okay Mother N? You had your shot at cold and snowy back in January, February, March and you missed it.
When I found this dessert recipe it seemed to be the best kind of confusion. It’s mango which equals warm weather to me. But it’s served hot and brûlée-d which equals cozy winter nights to me. So this is delicious confusion that takes ten minutes to make. And the best part is you can eat it in your pj’s.
Mango Brûlée
Ingredients:
1/4 cup turbinado sugar (sugar in the raw caramelizes really well, but you can use granulated sugar if need be)
2 mangoes, halved and pitted
1 lime, cut into wedges (I skipped this but I am sure it would be a nice touch)

Simple perfection – Love this idea!
What a great idea!! I bet this is very tasty, and I can’t wait to try!
